Want a new account<\/a><\/strong>?\u00a0You can create a new account through the game, or you can do it on the forum<\/a>, remember that forum accounts = game accounts, and you can play both Project69 or Arcadia with a single account!<\/p>\n

Recover an Account<\/h3>\n

Password recovery is easy: Recover password via email<\/a><\/p>\n

Recover Password<\/a><\/p>\n

All old Project69 accounts have been transferred over to the new log in server over on the forum<\/a>. Since Arcadia and Project69, and the forums use the same account server you can access any of those platforms with just one username and password.<\/p>\n

In order to activate an old Project69\u00a0account\u00a0you must verify your email address<\/a>. But please notice that your username has changed!<\/strong> Each account transferred from Project69 has been suffixed with “p69” to prevent any duplicate IDs on the account server.<\/p>\n

Your username is now:\u00a0“username<\/em>P69<\/strong>“<\/em><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Your password is the same<\/strong>, your email is the same<\/strong> (assuming you used a real email address in the first place..). Please make sure you update your email address<\/a>, you can do this easily if you know the password.<\/p>\n

Activate an Account<\/h3>\n

You must activate all new account by confirmation email.\u00a0A valid email address is necessary for account security and id\/password retrieval.<\/p>\n

Account Management<\/a><\/p>\n

If you have not received an activation email: <\/b>
\n1) Check your spam and junk folder on your email providers website, some providers have BOTH a spam and a junk folder<\/i>
\n2) Check that your email address<\/a> is correct, you can change the email address with a valid password
\n3) Request your activation email<\/a> again, emails are sent immediately<\/p>\n

If you receive email through a software client such as Outlook using pop3, you may need to log into the website of your provider (virginmedia.com for example) in order to view the junk and spam folders<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
