They laid waste to the mountains, and set the forests aflame. Such is the role of the orcs, to take all and destroy which they desire. All in the name of their mighty god Gruumsh<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Fangs of the Screaming Eye<\/h2>\n

Over 8,000 strong<\/strong> and laying claim to an old temple, the orc clan known as the Fangs of the Screaming Eye<\/em> <\/strong>are vast in number. The aberrant <\/span>Orog<\/strong> who commands the hordes of Orc City<\/strong> is both strong and intelligent. Humans should not expect a warm welcome here.<\/p>\n

Orcs<\/strong> worship their gods with more fear than love. Gruumsh<\/strong>, the unblinking god of destruction<\/strong>, is envisioned with one eye<\/strong> by all who revere him<\/span>. It is not uncommon for orc clans to name themselves in honour of their one-eyed god<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Band together, Heroes!<\/strong> Infiltrate the city, and disperse the Fangs of the Screaming Eye.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

New item sets<\/h2>\n

We all love shiny new glowy things. That is why we decided it was important to add a new full set of equipment<\/strong> for all character classes<\/strong>. This includes new armours and weapons<\/strong> which are not-so-difficult<\/em> to obtain, much like in the previous update; the Dawn of Evil Mir<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

A secret quest can be found to upgrade these armours, however the weapons will not be upgrade-able until the Forgotten Realms<\/strong> expansion. For salvage or for war, whatever you do, go forth and plunder!<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\n

Enhanced Salvaging and Crafting<\/h2>\n

We wanted to make the salvaging and crafting<\/a> <\/strong>system more fun and engaging<\/strong>, especially for lower level players. Therefore the random nature\u00a0<\/strong>of the process has been\u00a0dampened down<\/strong>\u00a0and you should also feel\u00a0more control over the success<\/strong>\u00a0of each craft.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Each salvaged Essence and Design<\/strong> will be of better quality<\/strong> and will also be more successful<\/strong> on higher level items, PLUS<\/strong> crafting in general will be more successful <\/strong>on higher level items<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

All in all, while it might be beneficial<\/strong> to seek higher level items to salvage, it is not as necessary<\/strong> as it once was. This means that new content<\/strong> such as the new orc items will be craft-able right from the release<\/strong> and it may even be possible to get good results using Evil Mir items<\/strong> as reagents!<\/p>\n

We will continue to monitor the items crafted and should it become too easy we may need to scale back a little on the results.<\/p>\n

Other updates<\/h2>\n

After many<\/a>, many<\/a>, many<\/a>,<\/strong> exciting events, and a revamp of lower level content<\/strong><\/a>, we released four new hunting grounds<\/a><\/strong> where you can spend GamePoints. Included in this update are a handful of minor fixes and changes:<\/p>\n

\u2713 Fixed a lighting issue on some maps
\n\u2713 Expanded doors in Sunken Ship to limit blocking
\n\u2713 Increased Evil Mir Mythic drop rate
\n\u2713 Fixed weak guards
\n\u2713 Increased TDB hit success
\nAdded a limit to GamePoints of 5000<\/p>\n

Forgotten Realms Expansion<\/h2>\n

We anticipate a small expansion to Orc City<\/strong> that will land in a couple of months. The Forgotten Realms<\/strong> will feature King Obould<\/strong> and the Many-Arrows<\/strong><\/em> tribe!<\/p>\n
