Create a New Account
Want a new account? You can create a new account through the game, or you can do it on the forum, remember that forum accounts = game accounts, and you can play both Project69 or Arcadia with a single account!
Recover an Account
Password recovery is easy: Recover password via email
All old Project69 accounts have been transferred over to the new log in server over on the forum. Since Arcadia and Project69, and the forums use the same account server you can access any of those platforms with just one username and password.
In order to activate an old Project69 account you must verify your email address. But please notice that your username has changed! Each account transferred from Project69 has been suffixed with “p69” to prevent any duplicate IDs on the account server.
Your username is now: “usernameP69“
Your password is the same, your email is the same (assuming you used a real email address in the first place..). Please make sure you update your email address, you can do this easily if you know the password.
Activate an Account
You must activate all new account by confirmation email. A valid email address is necessary for account security and id/password retrieval.

If you have not received an activation email:
1) Check your spam and junk folder on your email providers website, some providers have BOTH a spam and a junk folder
2) Check that your email address is correct, you can change the email address with a valid password
3) Request your activation email again, emails are sent immediately
If you receive email through a software client such as Outlook using pop3, you may need to log into the website of your provider (virginmedia.com for example) in order to view the junk and spam folders
